Four distinct seasons. Endless enjoyment.
4 DISTINCT SEASONS
MODERATE YEAR-ROUND TEMPS
LONG SPRINGS & FALLS
Because Fairfield Glade is perched high atop Cumberland Plateau at 2,000 feet elevation, we have milder summers. We’re far enough south to avoid extreme winters, too. Comfy year round temps, lower humidity, and precipitation evenly spaced across the seasons…this is why our area is graced with lush, green trees and foliage. Typically, no drab rainy season, no dry season—so you’ll love it here ALL year!
Did you know…
Our high elevation affords us a much lower humidity than most
areas of the south. The hottest month of the year, July, has an
average relative humidity of only 72%.
We get an occasional snowfall during the winter months. But our
mild daytime temps mean that after a couple of days, the snow is
typically gone, and often, in just a few hours!
