1,400 acres of our 12,000 acre community is nestled atop one of the highest points on the Cumberland Plateau. This area claims the second highest number of plant species in the world – second only to a region in remote China! You’ll love exploring this sanctuary that is home to a multitude of plant species and wildlife.
Fairfield Glade is ideally suited to many species of flora and fauna. Our residents have spotted foxes, newborn fawns, graceful herons, and even an occasional playful otter! Tennessee is home to nearly 350 species of birds and many live here in our community!
