What’s the weather like year-round?

The area enjoys four distinct seasons with mild winters, comfortable summers, and beautiful spring and fall transitions. Our high elevation affords us a much lower humidity than most areas of the south. We get an occasional snowfall during the winter months, but our mild daytime temperatures typically melt the snow within a couple of days.
