To get all the details about our Stay & Play visit package, just give us a call at 800-383-7600, or provide your information below, and we’ll reach out to help plan your visit. Each Stay & Play package includes two-night accommodations for two adults, select access to our incredible amenities, and a personalized real estate tour. You’ll have the chance to explore our neighborhoods, view available homes, and get a feel for the lifestyle that makes this community so special. *Fairfield Homes has negotiated with Extra Holidays for our 2024 guest rates. Our special guests receive a 20% rate reduction on any reservation, with a 2 night minimum. The standard rates for a one bedroom in 2024 is between $119 and $209 nightly, therefore your reduced rate will range between $95 and $167 plus tax based on availability. The rooms for our guests are condominiums with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Payment is due when making the reservation. During your visit, a relocation specialist will take you on a tour of our beautiful resort and introduce you to all the area has to offer—homesites, homes, maintenance free patio homes—and we can address all your questions.

A ‘Stay & Play’ Visit is a 3-day/2-night stay designed to give potential residents a first-hand look at the Fairfield Glade lifestyle, amenities, and community.
‘Stay & Play’ Visits are intended for individuals or couples considering Fairfield Glade as a potential future home. Guests must be at least 25 years of age.
The package includes accommodations, select access to our amenities (like golf courses, pools, and fitness facilities), and a private community tour with a Real Estate Specialist.
Guests stay in one of the community’s on-site villas or similar accommodations, selected to give a comfortable, resort-style experience.
It’s recommended to schedule your visit at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
Visitors can enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, indoor and outdoor pools, hiking trails, fitness centers, and more!
Yes. During your private tour, you’ll have the opportunity to explore available homes, model homes, and different neighborhoods.
