Jeff Armes is a native of Cumberland County and has worked and played in Fairfield Glade since 1996. He enjoys traveling with his wife Lindsey but believes there is no better place than Fairfield Glade to call home. Before he began his career in real estate, or what he describes as “helping people find their own piece of paradise on the plateau” he spent the better part of his first 30 years in the golf course industry, ultimately achieving a degree in Turfgrass Golf Course Management and has worked on nearly all the Golf Capitol of Tennessee’s golf courses. Jeff has been a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer since 2009, which has allowed him to work with fundraisers and charitable groups in Cumberland County. In 2024 he was awarded The Top New Construction Sales agent at Fairfield Homes, was ranked in the top 3 of Real Estate Agents in Cumberland County, and was featured on NPR during The Welcome to Cumberland County, Tennessee, the “future” of the U.S. economy. In Jeff’s free time he can be found golfing, shooting sporting clays, playing pickle ball, and fishing on Lake Pomeroy in Fairfield Glade where they all reside.
