Jeff Armes is a native of Cumberland County and has worked and played in Fairfield Glade since 1996. He enjoys traveling with his wife Lindsey but believes there is no better place than Fairfield Glade to call home. Before he began his career in real estate, or what he describes as “helping people find their own piece of paradise on the plateau” he spent the better part of his first 30 years in the golf course industry, ultimately achieving a degree in Turfgrass Golf Course Management and has worked on nearly all the Golf Capitol of Tennessee’s golf courses. Jeff spent the last 10 years traveling the country working on both existing and new construction natural gas pipelines and was able to give up life on the road in 2022. Throughout this time, he maintained his real estate and auctioneer licenses, which since 2009, has allowed him to work with fundraisers and charitable groups around Cumberland County and enjoys golfing, hiking with his wife and their dog Baxter, playing pickle ball, and spending time on Lake Pomeroy where they all reside.
