Rod Cooper
REALTOR
I am originally from Birmingham, Alabama where I finished high school in 1956, enlisted in the US Army in 1958 and then drove a semi until 1980. After that I started to work selling real estate for Cooper Communities in Bella Vista, Arkansas until 1991 when I moved to Tennessee to work at Tellico Village, another Cooper Community. I had the opportunity to play golf at Fairfield Glade with an old friend who was the director of home sales for Fairfield Homes. I really liked the Cumberland Plateau and enjoyed the laid-back lifestyle of Fairfield Glade. I knew when I retired my dollars would go farther here than the other communities I had worked and visited. In July of 2004 I had the chance to work for Fairfield Homes and I took it.
I am married to Connie and I have a two sons Brian and Rod, two stepdaughters Amber and Mariah, and nine grand kids. Connie and I bought a fairly large home in Cumberland County and as we got older decided to downsize. We now live here in Fairfield Glade in a smaller home and really enjoy the community. Over the past 39 years I have helped hundreds of clients realize their retirement dreams. I would like to add your names to my list of happy clients.
