“Our home building experience was excellent. Unfortunately, our timing for building was not with COVID labor, material & supply issues, & rising costs. Despite all of this our build went well. We are satisfied customers with the building process.”

We love pickleball, we love the trails...The thing we like most about the community is the sense of community and the friendly people. It's so easy to make friends here.

The people are the best...Wonderful people from all walks of life. We've got great neighbors on both sides of us.

We have the best community in Fairfield Glade…When we first got here, people who have been here…20, 25 years, they greeted us with open arms. Anybody who is thinking about retirement, they should really look closely at this area.

Oliver (our dog) enjoys the strolls, waiting for an extra pet on his head or just the extra attention he gets from humans as well as his furry friends.

The biggest deciding factor for choosing Fairfield Glade was the people, both in the Glade and in the town. When we came to visit the first time, we had no appointment and no agenda – we just popped in and wandered around. Folks stopped us everywhere we went – Food City, the Wellness Center, Villa Pizza – and just chatted. No one was in a hurry, everyone was interested in our story, everyone had some tidbit to share.
