A New Planned Residential Community Coming to Fairfield Glade

Crossville, Tenn., June 18, 2026 – Tom Anderson, Declarant and developer of record for Fairfield Glade, today announced plans for St. George Village, a new 300-lot residential community south of Peavine Road in Fairfield Glade, an unincorporated community in Crossville, Tenn.

“St. George Village is designed to support stronger neighborhood connections,” Anderson said. “We are creating a community where residents can comfortably walk, gather, and engage with one another through a network of sidewalks, walking trails, common spaces, and community gathering areas.”

“Our goal is to introduce a thoughtfully planned neighborhood that reflects the evolving needs of today’s homebuyers while enhancing the overall character of Fairfield Glade,” he added. “We aim to maintain affordability while delivering high-quality infrastructure, design, and amenities to the area.”

St. George Village will feature asphalt roads, sidewalks, lighting, landscaped common areas, walking trails, and dedicated gathering spaces. The community is designed to promote walkability, neighbor interaction, and long-term quality of life for residents.

Development is expected to begin this fall. The neighborhood will be bounded by Lakeview Drive, Westchester Drive, St. George Drive, and Bainbridge Road. Anderson said he looks forward to collaborating with respected builders to bring the vision for St. George Village to life.

The development reflects Anderson’s continued investment in Fairfield Glade’s growth and future. “St. George Village reflects the long-term vision of Fairfield Glade,” Anderson said. “Thoughtful growth happens when roads, utilities, and amenities are designed together to create cohesive neighborhoods where infrastructure investment and home construction progress together in a logical, sustainable manner. This approach allows new growth to complement the existing community, preserve its character, and provide lasting benefits for residents for years to come.”
