Jeff Armes is a native of Cumberland County and has lived, worked, and played in Fairfield Glade since 1996. While he enjoys traveling with his wife, Lindsey, Jeff firmly believes there is no better place to call home than Fairfield Glade. Before beginning his real estate career—what he fondly describes as “helping people find their own piece of paradise on the plateau”—Jeff spent 10 years in the golf course industry. He earned a degree in Turfgrass Golf Course Management, worked on four of Fairfield Glade’s five golf courses, and played a key role in the construction of The Bear Trace Golf Course.

Since becoming both a real estate agent and auctioneer in 2009, Jeff has proudly supported fundraisers and charitable organizations throughout Cumberland County on an annual basis. An award-winning real estate professional, Jeff was ranked in the Top 3 Real Estate Agents in Cumberland County by MLS in 2024, recognized as Top New Construction Sales Agent at Fairfield Homes, and featured on NPR during Welcome to Cumberland County, Tennessee, which highlighted the region as part of the “future” of the U.S. economy. His success continued in 2025, when he received office honors for Top New Construction Sales and Agent of the Year.

Beyond real estate, Jeff is also a content creator, sharing insights on new construction and all things Fairfield Glade. In his free time, Jeff enjoys golfing, shooting sporting clays, playing pickleball, and fishing on Lake Pomeroy in Fairfield Glade, where he and his wife reside.
