Tom Anderson purchased the Declarant rights of Fairfield Glade in 2017. In his role as Declarant and developer of record, he has worked with the community to design new neighborhoods, expand residential opportunities, and add commercial and recreational amenities.
Tom brings a lifelong background in real estate and development, along with a strong commitment to helping Fairfield Glade grow in ways that strengthen the community and enhance the lifestyle residents love. He has supported the community’s growth by developing premium new neighborhoods, including Chestnut Ridge and Maple Ridge.
Reflecting on his vision for the future, Tom shares: “Fairfield Glade is already a wonderful place, and that’s what makes the opportunity ahead so exciting. We want to build on what people already love about this community by creating thoughtful neighborhoods, quality amenities, and gathering places that help residents connect, enjoy the outdoors, and feel proud to call Fairfield Glade home.”
The Anderson Family has contributed philanthropically to the betterment of the community by partnering with the Fairfield Glade Community Club to build the Grove Amphitheater, where they sponsor community concerts and events. The family also contributes annually to more than twenty local charities.
Tom’s leadership is guided by a long-term vision for Fairfield Glade’s future, a focus on strong neighborhood connections, and a desire to make Fairfield Glade even better for the people who live here today and the generations who will come next.
